REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
This refund policy applies to all items you purchase from purelylinen.shop. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
- Return Conditions
You may request a return within 30 days (calculated from the date of receipt).
Returned items must be in their original condition (unused, without additional damage, and in their original packaging).
Clearance items are also subject to the above return period, but only for returns due to quality issues or damage during shipping (no returns without a reason are accepted).
- Refund Process
To request a return, please contact us via email at miguel.cobos@purelylinen.shop or by phone at 663505856 to obtain return authorization.
Send the item back to the designated address in Spain (shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item has a quality issue).
Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will initiate the refund process.
- Refund Arrival Time
The refund will be credited to your original payment account within 3 days of our confirmation of receipt. The exact arrival time of your refund may vary slightly depending on the issuing bank or payment platform; please refer to the records of the bank or payment platform. - Refund Amount
The refund amount will be the actual amount paid for the goods (excluding shipping costs already incurred on the original order).
If the return is due to our responsibility (such as sending the wrong item or damage during transportation), we will also refund your reasonable return shipping costs.
- Non-Refundable Circumstances
Orders exceeding the 30-day return period.
Glass vases damaged due to improper personal use, accidental collisions, or incorrect cleaning methods.
Goods without original packaging or that are clearly in a condition affecting resale.
